About Lindsey

Hello! My names Lindsey, I'm 31 years old and have been working in childcare for over 10 years before l ended up having my own children and wow have learned so much. Over the years I've worked as an assistant in an in-home daycare, I've nannied for a few really great families and I have worked in a montessori preschool in Burlington and in Andover. I am very experienced at creating a fun, safe and comforting environment for the kids while letting them be themselves. I love to set up crafts/activities that help with their fine motor skills and age appropriate cooking activities as well, we also loveeee to get cozy and read lots of books! I love to stay busy and keep their little minds occupied with great learning experiences. I have learned very well to stay calm when their little minds are feeling frustrated or overwhelmed and have learned successful strategies on regulating those big emotions and sometimes it's just simply taking a break to have a reset or redirecting.
