Hi! My name is Lindsey, and I am a stay-at-home mom to a 1-year-old boy. I taught in Carrollton as a kindergarten and first grade teacher for 7 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. My love for children began very young. I started babysitting regularly in 5th grade and nannied for the same family until I went away to college as well as numerous other families over the years. I have a vast amount of babysitting experience and have spent my entire life caring for and loving children. In college, I worked at a daycare in the baby room and toddler room. My greatest dream has always been to be a mom. After years of praying, we were finally blessed with our baby boy through adoption. We have extensive background checks completed for our home study. I am a very friendly, outgoing, organized person, and I work very hard at everything I do. It would be an honor to love and care for your child!

Lindsey watched our 3 yo old son, who is very energetic and can be a handful. I really wanted someone who could entertain my child with structured activities and wouldn't just sit him in front of the TV. We completely hit the jackpot with Lindsey! My son played so wonderfully with her own child the moment he walked in the door, he didn't even mind when I left. With her previous experience as a teacher, she was able to switch him from activity to activity, keeping him stimulated and happy! My son keeps asking to go back to "Miss Lindsey's house!" My husband and I are so grateful to have a caregiver that gives us peace of mind that our son is in good hands when we have a doctors appointment or other business! I would definitely recommend her to anyone with young children needing care.
