I’ve worked with Lindsey for over a year, and I highly recommend her. She initially helped with the gap between when I left for work and my husband got home, taking great care of both of our toddlers. Her sweet and gentle nature, along with her ability to handle even the most rambunctious kids, made her an excellent fit. Lindsey communicates effectively, providing updates and detailed reports, and she focuses on creating a fun, play-centered environment. I’ve always prioritized that my kids feel loved and comfortable, and Lindsey has consistently delivered on this. Even when I started working from home, Lindsey was flexible and professional, managing tantrums and illness with ease.
