About Lindsey

Hello! I am a nursing student at the Johns Hopkins SON here in Baltimore :) I am originally from California but have been in Baltimore the past 3 years and have grown to love the Fells Point/Canton area! My experience with children includes working at summer academic enrichment programs in the Bay Area geared towards supporting low-income students achieve higher education, one-on-one tutoring in Math/English, leading 1 hour lessons on environmental stewardship to elementary school students in the Santa Barbara area, and delivering ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Most recently, I had the opportunity to complete both my labor and delivery and pediatric nursing rotations at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in east baltimore where I gained approximately 192 hours of experience caring for children of all ages (newborn to school age) and practice with skills like feeding, changing diapers, engaging children in age-appropriate play, and promoting safety.
