About Lindsey

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, creative, and goofy. I like working with kids because I've always been around children. They are so optimistic and adventurous. Helping grow and shape the minds beautiful little souls is what brings me joy! I'm also a mother of 3. I'm looking for a job that will feel like family. I'm huge on communication and just love people. I started working with kids when I was very young. My first job was a babysitting gig for a neighbor. The child was a year old and I was 12. My mother also ran a daycare in our home for a large part of my childhood. I've always been around or involved in childcare. In my spare time, I like to be outside, craft, bake, write, sing and music! One thing you should know about me is I'm responsible, organized and reliable. My skills include providing a safe and nurturing environment. Encouraging children with positive reinforcement and staying calm and collected in stressful situations.
