As a summer camp employee, Lindsey was great teaching the campers swim lessons. She planned every lesson, which led to her being a successful instructor. As her supervisor, she had organized and productive lessons. The campers she taught had a fun summer. She was a great head lifeguard during the weekends and weeknights. She was respectful to the leadership team and her coworkers.
