Welcome! I am passionate about empowering young learners to become confident and skilled readers. As a dedicated reading intervention teacher with 16 years of experience, my tutoring services focus exclusively on providing specialized support in reading for elementary and middle-school age students. With a deep understanding of the challenges many young readers face, I utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to target specific areas of need. Whether it's improving phonics skills, enhancing reading fluency, or strengthening reading comprehension, my approach is tailored to foster growth and ignite a love of reading. I hold an Elementary License, a K-12 Reading License, and a Masters in Literacy, ensuring a strong foundation in specialized instruction. Additionally, I am certified in LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling), further enhancing my ability to deliver effective intervention strategies.
