She came late (almost an hour) didn't want to help load /unload my wheelchair (which was clearly listed in the ad) and even complained about having to help me with it. She texted while driving, made a very personal phone call while driving and me sitting next to her, (to someone she met on a dating site) and said she would have to end the job 2 hours earlier than I requested. (She actually changed the time before I hired her, so that's my fault.) She also smoked in the car without asking if I had issues with smoke, which I do. It gives me migraines. When she came to get me (this job was just drop off and pick up later) she got lost and was half an hour late. If I had known, I could have continued what I was doing, but I had closed everything up so she wouldn't have to wait for me. The timing of all thid caused me not to be able to complete my job, and I'm going to have to hire again. She certainly took the full agreed price after all of this, but I did not offer the tip I had planned. I will not use this caregiver again.
