Hi there! I'm Lindsey. I have a breadth of childcare experience, ranging from kiddos as young as six months, to teenagers. I'm fully vaccinated and I observe all CDC guidelines. I'm willing to do whatever makes you and your family most comfortable. I've spent 9+ years as a camp counselor and wilderness trip leader for young kids and teens, part-time babysitter for an infant, youth soccer coach, Jumpstart volunteer in a pre-school, and Spanish tutor. I love being around kids! I'm open to both childcare and tutoring opportunities. As I work a full-time remote job (9am-5 p.m. CT), my schedule currently allows for weeknight sitting, as well as some weekend evenings. I'm also trained in infant and child CPR, I know a million camp songs, and I make a mean grilled cheese! I'm also comfortable around pets and have a black lab of my own. Lindsey babysat my baby daughter regularly & was often available for date-night sitting as well. She is a very mature & dependable caregiver. While her prior experience was with slightly older children, she quickly learned how to care for my 6-8 month old daughter as well. I never had to wonder if she was in good hands. She is kind & has a positive attitude & great intuition which goes a long way in caring for a baby who obviously cannot voice her needs yet. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a good babysitter.
