About Linda

I am a Child Care Provider with more than 15 years of experience working with children of all ages from infants to up to 13 years old. I had a Virginia State License in the past that allowed me to interact with children of all ages. As a Virginia State Home Daycare provider and owner, I received training in Child Development and Education which is required by the Virginia State Licensing. I enjoy working with children of all ages. I am nurturing, patient, respectful, trustworthy, honest and reliable. I believe in the basis of Magda's Gerber's RIE philosophy which is based on the respect for and trust in the babies as they are explorers. Parents should be encouraged to provide an environment for the child that is physically safe, cognitively challenging, and emotionally nurturing. I graduated from NLU with a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership. Additionally, I am current with my CPR, AED, First Aid, Bloodborne, and Pathogens certifications. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
