My passion stems from positive experiences in previous care roles and a deep desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Licensed Practising Nurse with SOME COLLEGE, I bring a compassionate, friendly, and professional approach to my work. I'm detail-oriented and skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing regular updates via text or phone call, and written daily reports, always following the family's preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I can also help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
