I have hands-on experience as a nanny and caregiver supporting children from as young as 3 months through school age, as well as older adults who need compassionate and dependable care. I also have experience working one-on-one with children with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, flexibility, and understanding each child as an individual.
