While we were gone on vacation, Lily sat with and fed our cat, Finn. Her service for the few hours she came to our house was great. However, she was overcharged through care.com and took advantage of that and refuses to refund us the overpayment. We paid for nine nights and she only came for four hours/days. We would not recommend Lily for this reason as we feel that she took additional money for services she didn't perform for us - and refuses to work with us to rectify the overpayment.
