About Lily

Hi I'm Lily! Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on every family I support. With 10 years of experience in child care, including five years as a first-grade teacher, I bring a calm, patient, and creative approach to childcare. My background in Early Child Development informs how I engage children through various activities. I hold a masters degree in teaching and curriculum instruction which gives me extensive experience on helping growing children learn and develop. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I prioritize your preferred communication style, whether through texts or end-of-day chats, to ensure you feel connected to your child's day. I am eager to bring my professional expertise and nurturing spirit into your home to help your little ones thrive.
