Hello! My name is Lily. I have cared for children for 10+ years. I spent about a year in NJ as a live-in nanny for a family with three children (ages 3, 4 and 7), and have since been working for them. I was a preschool teacher for three years at small wonders learning center in Sparks, NV while I studied Early Childhood Education. Additionally, my pediatric CPR certification is current! Please feel free to ask me anything! I have never worked with a family that has not asked me back:) The review from April 11th was from a family that was very unhappy that I called ahead to tell them I had accepted another position.

Lily is AMAZING! Any family that hires her is super lucky. She was our nanny for our 18 month old, and was proactive about activities, completely engaged, communicative, thoughtful, observant, everything you could ever wish for. She had great advise when I asked, was a proactive problem solver, and even got him to nap on his own. She went out of her way to go buy him educational books, expanded his vocabulary, had him signing "please" in two days... I cannot say enough good things about her. Above all, our kiddo was happy playing with her all day, which is really the true test!
