Bringing 10 years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence. My background includes some college, alongside certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have experience with dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate through daily reports, texts, or phone calls, always following the family's preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me.
