About Lily

Hi! I've been working with kids for the past five years, and it's something I truly enjoy. I love getting to know each child's personality and creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. I have experience with children of all ages through babysitting, helping with kids at church, and working as a lifeguard at a busy family pool. I also teach swim lessons, which has taught me patience, communication, and how to help kids feel confident and safe in the water. I'm currently a sophomore in college majoring in Communication Disorders, which has helped me better understand child development and communication skills. I'm CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified, and safety is always a top priority for me. I'd describe myself as patient, dependable, creative, and easygoing. I love crafts, games, outdoor activities, and helping make life a little easier for families however I can!
