About Lily

I have always had a passion for working with children and caring for others. Growing up as the oldest of seven siblings gave me hands-on childcare experience from a young age and helped me develop patience, responsibility, and a nurturing personality. I've helped with daily routines, meals, homework, playtime, and creating a safe and positive environment for children of different ages. I enjoy building trusting relationships with children and making sure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged while in my care. I love doing activities like crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and helping children learn and grow. I would describe myself as dependable, caring, organized, and easy to communicate with. I understand how important trust and communication are when caring for children and always strive to create a loving and supportive environment for both kids and parents.
