Hello! My name is Lily, and I love working with children. I have over 8 years of experience in early childhood care and education, including hands-on work in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I also have extensive babysitting experience with families of multiple children across a wide range of ages. I am passionate about providing excellent care in a warm, nurturing environment, while supporting each child's development through engaging play, exploration, and positive guidance. Helping children learn and grow brings me so much joy, and I look forward to supporting your family. In my spare time, I love exploring new coffee shops, taking my dog for walks, spending time with my family, and watching movies. One thing families should know about me is that I truly care about creating a positive and nurturing environment. I treat every child with patience, kindness, and respect -- the same way I'd want someone to care for my own family.
