About Lily

Working with and educating kids is the best possible job! During the school year, I am a Teacher Aide/Paraeducator at a local elementary school. My many years of childcare experience have solidified my passion for fostering children's growth through play and activities. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have completed Early Childhood Development Coursework. I am going back to school to get my Master's degree in Education and become a certified teacher. I am comfortable with up to four children, ranging in age from infants to 12-year-olds. I am patient, friendly, and I enjoy all kinds of activities with the kids, such as reading, playing board games, or going to the park! I believe while caring for kids, it is essential to maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates. I also have completed a First Aid Training. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I'd love to work with you and your kiddos!
