About Lilyanna

Be aware when considering this nanny. Lilyanna was respectful and caring with our 1-year-old daughter; however, she was consistently late for every scheduled shift. She was scheduled to assist us only on Thursdays for four hours, yet punctuality remained an ongoing issue. In addition, she had two no-call, no-show absences on days when her assistance was especially needed. When we addressed the repeated tardiness and absences, she responded via text message stating that she would no longer be able to help due to other obligations. Unfortunately, this decision was made without providing sufficient notice for us to secure alternative care. While she was kind to our child, the lack of reliability and professionalism made the arrangement unsustainable. We recommend that future families clarify expectations around punctuality and communication before hiring.
