Lilyana has been a wonderful caregiver for our children (ages 3 and 7) over the past year and a half. She’s excellent with multiple age groups, consistently finding age-appropriate ways to keep them engaged and supported. She is self-motivated, proactive in planning activities, and always thinking ahead to set the kids up for success. We especially appreciate that she’s willing to take them on outings and keeps them active and curious.
