We hired Lilly on a last minute decision to have our newborn twins watched during the day while we took our daughter to Disneyland. This was our first time using care.com and my wife was very concerned with leaving the babies so young and with a stranger, but with the weather forecasted in the 100s taking the babies became irresponsible. Lilly calmed our fears quickly with her communication and willingness to interview and answer all questions. She was punctual, had great communication, tons of experience, wore a mask the entire time, was friendly, and shared regular updates while sitting (not just when we reached out). We booked her the day before we needed someone and she exceeded every expectation. My only complaint would be that we don't live closer to hire her more often! Any family lucky enough to hire her will not be disappointed!
