About Lilly

Hi! My name is Lilly. I'm 21 years old and currently a senior at Miami University, majoring in Social Work. I'm passionate about helping others, especially children, and love supporting families in any way I can. I have over 6 years of paid childcare experience through both babysitting and nannying, working with children of all ages from infants to pre-teens. My most recent nanny position was caring for a 1-year-old boy, where I gained even more hands on experience with toddler routines, developmental activities, meal prep, naps, and creating a fun and structured daily environment. I've also cared for multiple children at once and volunteered in my church's kids' program supervising groups of children. I'm currently looking for a nanny position starting in the Fall for 2 days a week while I finish my senior year of college. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and truly enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents. I look forward to connecting with a great family!
