My name is Lilli and i'm 22. I graduated from North Ozaukee High school in 2020 and i'm currently majoring in early childhood education at Wilmington University online. I have been babysitting on and off since I was 14, worked as an assistant teacher at Connects After School Program, and I am now a kindergarten teacher at Milestones Programs for Children. I have nannied and babysat for multiple families and traveled with them as well. My skills include encouraging self help skills, problem solving, and gentle communication. I can also help with potty training! I have experience with children aged 10 months - 12 years, but I am also open to working with infants. I also have experience working with children who have special needs, specifically autism and down syndrome. In my free time I like to sing, dance, make art, read, and spend time in nature! I love working with kids because it is so much fun to hangout with them and see them learn and grow.
