I'd describe my personality as creative, loyal, and honest I like working with kids because I need a job that is meaningful, and what is more meaningful than kids who are the future? I'm looking for a job that respects me and can take and give criticism for issues that arise. I started working with kids when I was in highschool, nannying for family, and 15 other families from church who knew how capable I was. Lillian was great! She was flexible with our last minute need for a sitter, on time and eager to help out. She respected my request of no TV time and played with my 2 yr old son the whole time. I would definitely hire her again.
