About Lillian

I've always been drawn to caregiving, inspired by my mother's positive impact. My friendly, approachable personality helps create a safe and comfortable environment for both children and parents. I am CPR and Stop The Bleed certified through Capital Region BOCES. I have experience working with children ages 2 and up, including those who are autistic and nonverbal, and I'm patient and adaptable to each child's needs. I value strong, consistent communication with parents and am happy to provide updates in whatever way you prefer. I also respect and enforce household rules as expected. I'm enthusiastic about playtime and open to doing whatever the child enjoys, making sure they feel happy, supported, and engaged.
