About Lillian

Hi, my name is Lillian. I have been a nanny for almost 6 years. But have been providing childcare for 8 years. I have experience with multiple age groups including newborns to 10-year-olds. I have had 4 years of early childhood developmental training. I am certified in CPR, Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid. I'm a very outgoing and active person with a lot of energy to keep up with the little ones. I love to engage in all outdoor activities. With having an early childhood background I have a passion for incorporating learning into play through Montessori techniques, crafts, and games. I have always loved to work with children to provide a warm, comforting, safe environment for children to develop to their full potentials.
