About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as responsible passionate, outgoing I started working with kids at a young age starting off with just my siblings. As I got older I began babysitting for my parents, friends kids and then eventually became a full time nanny during the summer along with regular babysitting jobs during the school year. In my spare time, I like to play volleyball and further my education! One thing you should know about me is that I try and avoid screen time when caring for kids in hopes of keeping their brains active doing other mentally enriching activities. I enjoy baking and getting out of the house to go on a nice walk or participate in a fun game at the park. My skills include multitasking, solving conflict, and being charismatic
