About Lillian

Hello! Who am I? I have experience working as an educator with children (aged 3-12) in a classroom setting for three and a half years, requiring strong communication skills with children and their families, self-driven leadership skills, time management, follow-through, healthy boundary setting, emotional literacy, honesty, a strong work ethic and willingness to commit. I am trusted and loved by children and still hold relationships with some of my very first families. I am organized, adaptable, work well under pressure and am perceptive to the needs of others. I am a devoted team member and work confidently alone. I have 2 years of Montessori early education (ages 3-6) experience and ran the after school program at a Montessori school. Additionally, I am a multi-media artist and take immense joy in doing art with children. I enjoy cooking and practice meal prepping in my personal life.
