Hello parents! I've dedicated my career to supporting children and families in finding safety, healing, and joy. As a recent empty nester, I delight in children's whimsy and curiosity about the world. This role will not only allow me to continue supporting children, but also suits my availability at this stage in life. Your child's safety and well-being is paramount. You can count on me to be reliable, flexible, and ready to follow your lead. I bring creativity and fun... think arts, crafts, and outdoor adventures! I'm available weekdays (early mornings and late nights) and weekends. I've spent 20+ years supporting children and families, as a nanny, a crisis advocate, and most recently overseeing sexual abuse prevention education for nearly 14, 000 Chicago Public School students annually. I raised a now college-aged daughter with my whole heart. My home was always the gathering place where kids felt safe, supported, and uplifted. I can't wait to meet you and your beloved kiddos!
