I cannot recommend Lillian highly enough. I have known her for 15+ years, both as a colleague in social work and as a trusted friend, and she is one of the most caring and reliable people I know. She cared for both my children when they were young (and my energetic dog!), and I always felt completely confident leaving them in her care. My kids absolutely loved her and were always excited when they knew she was coming over, which made leaving them with her effortless. She always arrived a few minutes early, giving me time to focus on what I needed to do before heading out. What impressed me most was how attentive and perceptive she is. On one occasion, she quickly recognized that my normally cheerful child was unusually fussy and suggested something might be wrong. It turned out to be a terrible ear infection. Her ability to notice subtle changes and respond thoughtfully is a testament to her experience and genuine care for children. Lillian is thoughtful, dependable, professional, and exceptionally capable. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to any family looking for outstanding childcare or pet care.
