About Lilliana

I'd describe my personality as kind, loving, and smart. I like working with kids because they offer new experiences and ideas that often times make me think outside of the box. I'm looking for a job that is flexible for my current and future school schedule. I started working with kids when my younger twin siblings started preschool. I became a Teacher's Assistant at their school and have worked there for two years. My skills include being patient with children, knowing how to communicate with children, and understanding and building the relationship with children, but also setting boundaries.
