Lili is flexible and willing to work around schedules. She is outgoing, resourceful and thinks on her feet. My mother is quite independent and doesn't think she needs a "babysitter," as she puts it. Lili was able to re-focus Dorothy and make her feel comfortable that I would return when Dorothy became agitated and anxious. The stage of Alzheimer's that my mother is currently in, causes her to become defensive and obstinate. Lila was patient and redirected my mother's focus for a pleasant experience.
