Lilian nannied our two young kids for several months and we thoroughly enjoyed her time with us - the kids adore her. She treated our kids as if they were family and was wonderful at playing with and engaging them at their level. She was reliable, timely, willing to pitch in where needed, and cared for the kids in alignment with our household routines. We always felt the kids were safe and well looked after with her. Though our need for Lilian was only as a temporary nanny, we would absolutely hire her as a permanent nanny if the need ever arose.
