Lilian is the whole package. She is caring, gentle, detail oriented, a great cook, responsible, and you can really tell she loves children unlike some nannies who just pretend to like your children. Lilian cared for my infant son and toddler daughter for months. She also picked up my daughter daily from school. If it wasn't for a sudden change in life plans, we wouldn't want to give Lilian up to another family. We love her and would hire her back as soon as we need someone again. We had the pleasure of meeting her family and she has outstanding kids. Great parenting. I greatly recommend Lilian to any family, especially families with babies and toddlers. You can't go wrong with her.
