About Liliann

This school year was my first year working as a substitute teacher, and I absolutely loved it! (My students would agree I say this often!) I'm going to miss seeing them all over the summer, but I feel that tutoring and childcare will help to fill that gap! I'm a very bubbly and enthusiastic person! In my free time, I love to read, cuddle my dog, learn languages, and hang out with my nieces. I also love acting! Aside from how much I LOVE my job as a substitute, you should also know that I am currently enrolled in a MA in Elementary Education program. I start student teaching in the fall! What makes me a unique tutor is my slightly goofy demeanor, which helps the kids relate to me and keeps them engaged. My students feel like I truly care about them, because I stop to listen to what they have to say, and my enthusiasm for learning is infectious to them! I've always said that if I could stay in school for the rest of my life and just continue learning, I would. (And in a way, I have!)
