About Lilian

I'd describe my personality as reliable, easygoing and responsible. I like working with kids because I have three daughters and they are teenagers now. I took care of them and enjoyed every moment. I learn with kids, how they see the world and I like to encourage them to be the best person and find creative solutions for their problems. As a mom, I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of your children. I want to be the right hand to a nice family. I'm a licensed CNA and I work in a facility 3 times a week. In my spare time, I like to go out with my daughters. One thing you should know about me is I can handle multiple kids. I have one daughter of 16 and twins with 14. My primary language is Portuguese but I can speak Spanish and English. I can be fun and play all day but I also going to ask the kid to help me pick up the toys and clean when we finish. I believe in balance on everything. My skills include encouraging, communication and training.
