Very nice personality, great with mom. But too many personal problems leading to unreliability. Not sure what all the problems were. 3 last-minute shift cancellations in 2 months, and quickly walked off one shift before completing duties (leaving personal items behind). Something is not right. But wish her the best. (Note: the only reason for this review is to warn other families in crisis like mine. I had hoped Liz would be with us through the end of mom’s life.)
