Lili is wonderful and amazing and I feel so lucky we found her!! She’s been with us since last year, when our son was 3 months old, and I am only writing this review because we are putting him in daycare this summer (a decision we made separately). The highlights from the recommendation letter I wrote her include: - very loving, affectionate, and patient - willing to work long hours and flexible with scheduling - consistent about baby's schedule - tidy AND clean - willing to help with light household stuff - speaks Spanish It is hard to capture everything I want to say about Lili in a brief review. In short, she has been a fantastic caregiver to our son - I have no complaints, nor does my husband - and she has given me ease and confidence as a new mom. She tirelessly and creatively engages my son with indoor and outdoor activities. She helped and continues to help us immensely with solids and water. She is in large part responsible for his consistent sleeping pattern. I trust her absolutely and have no reservations about recommending her to another family. I am so grateful for everything she's given us this past year and hope she finds someone who appreciates her hard work and warmth.
