I also have experience working with children with autism, speech and language disorders, feeding difficulties, etc. Most of my babysitting, teaching, and clinical experience has involved kids ranging from age 3 to 14; however, I am comfortable working with babies to high school aged kids.

Lila is the best babysitter we've ever had. My two boys (ages 2 and 3) absolutely adored her and looked forward to seeing her every week. Not only is Lila extremely kind, fun, imaginative, and playful, but she was also a godsend for our family in particular as both my sons have speech disorders and Lila is studying to be a speech language pathologist. As a parent, I think it can very difficult to find someone you feel comfortable with with when your child has special needs (particularly when it affects their ability to communicate) but Lila is someone I trust implicitly. In addition to my two boys, our family also provides respite care for foster children. Lila often looked after these kiddos as well, making it look easy. I'm very jealous of whomever gets to work with her next!
