About Lila

Lila has been my nanny since I returned to work seven months ago when my child was 6 weeks old. During that time she's been flexible, punctual, open to suggestions, as well as giving honest and constructive feedback about things that I could incorporate into my baby care routine and help the development and general happiness of my child. She's created a space in her home for him, as well as been willing to do things like utilize apps, tracking sleep and other cares provided, reading, bilingual exposure, multiple activities, including daily walks and socialization with her own son. With my 70 hour work week her flexibility has been pivotal in my ability to do my job without worrying about my child care. Both daytime and nighttime care have been easy to coordinate with her. She's even helped me keep family involved with my child's growth and development by sending pictures and videos in a group text and keeping everyone updated and involved. She has helped keep me grounded with the numerous random questions I've had with not only growth and development but also troubleshooting different moods and responses of my child. She's had no issues working with my back up Nanny and coordinating care for when I have to be at work for more than 24 hours at a time or multiple night shifts in a row. The peace of mind she's afforded me has been invaluable, i could not have made it through this last 7 months without her. She's always positive, communicative, and open to suggestions. I would strongly endorse Lila in any capacity of childcare... especially if you need someone who is flexible, dependable and engaging.
