About Lila

I have been teaching toddlers full time for 1. 5yrs, and have grown and learned a lot as a teacher. I believe in child-inspired learning. I can help with transportation. I love to cook, absolutely love kids and care about them, their happiness, and their futures. I love playing ukelele which I learned for the children. I have experience with various behaviors & personalities. I value kid's developing autonomy, social emotional skills, and them having freedom to grow in a safe and stimulating environment. I will let kids to play, learn, and be outside as much as possible. I don't just keep them safe, I will also observe who they are so I can engage them and meet their needs and assist them to grow and learn. I am thorough, reliable, and thoughtful about the things I do, and I think I could be a perfect helping hand for your family. I am CPR and first aid certified and background checked for my M-F position as an assistant teacher in an ELC. I'm also a photographer of 10 years.
