After obtaining a bachelors degree in special education and a masters degree in curriculum and literacy, I began teaching in some of the most highest performing charter schools in New York City. I have taught students in a variety of settings; from a 32 student classroom to 1:1 tutoring at my home or theirs! I have taught Kindergarten to 9th grade and in all subjects. I now write curriculum for a special education national company and work east coast hours; freeing up my afternoons and some weekends. I have greatly missed the classroom and teaching students in my community so that's why I've come back on this website. I would love to stay involved and teach/support/tutor a few hours a week.
