About Lila

I have over eight years experience doing babysitting and nannying for families across seattle! I'm super funny but able to be firm which tends to get me good marks from both kids and parents as I'm fun to have around but still effective! I have a great track record with getting kids to bed as I had very bad sleep issues growing up and have been able to use tricks I learned to aid even the most reluctant kids to try sleeping through story activities, or other tricks I've learned! Im like a bit kid myself and love playing with kids and helping boost their imaginations as well as inspiring independence and kindness. I am willing to stay overnight once I get to know a family and I also will stay until the wee hours of the morning and have no judgement if a meeting or party runs long as I'm very flexible! I am also good At relating to kids with social and/or learning disabilities and have no judgement on any struggles your child or children are working through. have a lovely day!
