About Lila

I have over eight years experience doing babysitting and nannying! I'm super funny but able to be firm which tends to get me good marks from both kids and parents as I'm fun to have around but still effective! Im like a big kid myself and love playing with kids and helping boost their imaginations as well as inspiring independence and kindness. I also will stay until the wee hours of the morning and have no judgement if an outing runs long as I'm very flexible! I am good At relating to kids with social and/or learning disabilities and have no judgement on any struggles your children are working through. I am Red Cross infant, child, and adult first aid and CPR certified, and have received training through the Washington state department of children youth and families that includes general day care grade childcare training, abusive head trauma and Sid's prevention, safe sleep protocols, blood borne pathogens training, etc. I also have a valid Washington state food safety certification.
