About Lilac

Hello! I'm Lilac, I was born and raised in central Vermont. Some of my favorite things are reading, writing, singing, and being outdoors- which are all things I find more fun to do with kids in tow! Sharing my passions for art and literature with children is so fulfilling! I have about 12 years of professional experience ranging from volunteering at an elementary school for children with behavioral difficulties, to working at the American School for the Deaf as a para-educator (I'm fluent in ASL!). I have also babysat over the past 14 years for children of all ages! Most recently I worked as a nanny for 2 lovely families on Cape Cod and then I spent a year nannying in southern Vermont! I have nannied for about 4 years and do mostly infant, toddler, and early education nannying- it is truly my passion! Perhaps most importantly- I have a newborn son! I am hoping to find a family that is excited about socializing their child and would allow me to take my son with me to work!
