Hello! I recently graduated with a BA in Psychology and minor in Spanish from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and am currently pursuing a career in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. I began babysitting at 13 and since then have had experience as a gymnastics coach, theatre/dance teacher, preschool teaching assistant, nanny and counselor at a sleep-away camp for children and adults with special needs. Caregiving has been my passion since a young age, and I love to use crafts and other creative activities to meet the needs of each child I work with, regardless of developmental and physical capabilities. I am an energetic, loving, and patient person who enjoys safely guiding children as they learn about themselves and the world around them!

Lila is simply the best. She became a part of our family, providing nurturing care for our twins (3 yrs) since we pulled them from school due to COVID. We were looking for someone who was taking significant precautions to prevent virus transmission and with whom we could communicate openly about our pandemic-related concerns and our child rearing practices. Upon meeting Lila, we knew she was the right fit. She has years of experience working with children and is regularly researching new ways to engage them in learning activities. She has always worked in partnership with us to ensure continuity in rules, routines, and expectations and our children have thrived with her. Though we are sad that Lila is moving back to NJ, we know our children are prepared to return to school because of the excellent care Lila provided them this year. Lila is kind, understanding, reliable, and she brings creativity, perspective, and a sense of calm to her work. Any family would be lucky to have her.
