Lidiane has been an incredible part of our family for the past three years, and it is truly bittersweet to share this note. Our needs are changing now that I am working from home and our child will be in school until 3 pm, but this transition is in no way a reflection of her work, it simply reflects a new stage for our family. Lidiane is phenomenal with children. She is patient, nurturing, and deeply attentive, always creating a calm and supportive environment. She brings a strong understanding of Montessori principles into her daily interactions, encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence in a very natural and thoughtful way. In addition, Lidiane is trilingual, which has been such a gift. She effortlessly integrates language into everyday activities, helping our child develop communication skills in a rich and engaging way. Also, she is great with pets and taking care of our house when we go on vacation. She is reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the children she works with.
