About Libby

I have a M. Ed. in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children, parents, adult students and practicing ECE teachers in a multitude of settings for many years. As well, I have had both a preschool and home daycare in my home, as my own children were young. My philosophy is built on relationships. I believe in the idea that children are rich, strong, and powerful, therefore deserving of the best in all matters and from all people. My art education background and healthy lifestyle define my most important values. Lastly, with collaboration at the forefront, I believe that it truly takes a "village" to raise a child.

Libby has worked with my children in school and camp settings and she has become an important person in our family. She is caring, responsible, creative, fun. She has a deep well of compassion and truly knows and understands children. She comes up with fun projects, shares of love of art and the outdoors with the children, and inspires kids to be grateful and generous. I would trust her with infants through teens.
