About Lia

For over 30years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and positively impacting their lives. I have raised three of my own and two step sons. My nanny experience spans caring for children aged newborn to 11 years old. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, regular texts, or any method you prefer. I follow parents lead when enforcing household rules. I love playing outside, puzzles, and educational games with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have First Aid Training. I have some experience with special needs children also. I can help with some cooking, meal prep, and light housekeeping. I have a reliable and safe SUV and am comfortable with friendly pets. Being fluent in English, Hmong and Thai, I'm able to offer diverse perspectives. I'm excited about the possibility of bringing my passion and experience to your family!
