About Lian

I am a graduate student in Boston University's Occupational Therapy doctorate program which will conclude in Aug 2025. I am pretty flexible with hours until I (hopefully) start as a full time OT late 2025/early 2026. In 2021, I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Rehabilitation Science and minor in Secondary Education. I took classes like lifespan and human development, special education, foundations of education and educational psychology, and did clubs like Special Olympics Youth Athletes. I have 5 years of experience with kids, at summer camps, child care facility (1yo's) and with 12 families in which I worked with infants/toddlers/kids: newborn up to 13 years old. Most of my experience is with infants and toddlers, between 5months-3years old. I am a responsible planner and organizer who loves to stay busy. I love kids and I am extremely passionate about my studies and future career goals. I am fully vaccinated and boosted.

Lian was wonderful with our two kids. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable leaving them in her care while we were out. She was also flexible and didn’t mind staying longer on short notice, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and we’d happily have her babysit again.
